First Day of School

Well, where to start.....it's been a very long week to say the least! I have cleaned poop off the floor, gotten people mad at me and me mad at them, spent 4 hours doing homework, bought an infant helmet, and am still able to find time to type a little something since I haven't updated it in a few days and obviously I have plenty to tell you about! Where to start......
Well, let's start with the 4 hours of homework...i spent the night yesterday doing homework for a class that hadn't even started yet. I enrolled in the program in early September and I just had my first official class and I have already done 17 assignments, finished one textbook and am up to chapter 3 in the second book! Talk about fast paced! My teacher assigns all this homework with a due date of yesterday and come to find out that 2 of the assignments aren't due till Thursday and that we didn't have to have the last 2 chapters read until Thursday!
Well, as explained above, I had my first class tonight and my brain is swimming! I don't think that I know day from night and up from down right now. My teacher is one of the people that CANNOT sit down or focus on one thing at a time. He switches topics so fast and out of the blue that you cannot follow what he is saying. Its going to be a long 6 months!
The getting people mad at me and me at them one is going to have to go unexplained as it is still something that needs to be directly addressed.
Connor is participating in a Trike-a-thon for St. Jude hospital tomorrow for daycare but in order to participate, the kids have to have helmets. Well, a helmet for a 20 month old isn't easy to come by! We checked a few places but all they had were for 3+ so they were way to big. I finally found one that fit last night (before starting the 2 1/2 hours of homework for that night) at Toys R Us. It was the very last one that they had that wasn't at least a 3+, thankfully it was a Spiderman one and not a Disney Princesses one!
Oh, yes, and on to Connor! The other night before his shower, we had a golden opportunity that I blew! Josh was already in the shower and I was getting Connor undressed to go in. Well, I took off his diaper and threw it away and when Connor turned to get into the shower, I noticed a little bit of poop on his butt. Well, he didn't seem to be about to go to the bathroom (he has a little routine for that) so I went out to the living room and grabbed the wipes from the diaper bag and by the time that I got back to the bathroom, there was Connor standing looking from me to the poop that was on the bathroom floor. This time it didn't look like he had finished quite all the way so I quick scooped him up and set him on the toilet but I was too late. He was done. I missed that quick chance that I had to see if he was ready to start potty training. :::poof:::

Here's some pics of Connor bodyslamming me, the helmet, and Connor playing in the backyard.

Lots of love to everyone!
